I am continually inspired by vintage signs and the disappearing art of classic sign painting. To me, hand-painted signs are a junction of art and commerce, and I have fun combining different techniques like CNC and laser cutting with carvings and painting. The natural beauty of wood makes it one of my favorite mediums to paint on.
